It was sooo Wacky…

And what a Wacky Hat Day it was, the team at Artisan pushed themselves creatively this year and had one of the funnest days of the year. There was shiny, jangly, tall, protective and origami. Yes, this year we had a veritable plethora of hats. There were some stand outs, check out the gallery of pics to see how dashing, wacky and truly awesome the Artisan team are.

For those who have missed the build up to Wacky Hat Day, every year on the first Tuesday in August the whole team at Artisan wear a wacky hat. Why a wacky hat I hear you ask? Well, a wacky hat is a chance for the creative to really push themselves, you feel happier when your head wear is wackier and the whole office has a bit of buzz when we all get to have fun and be a little bit different.

Wacky Hat Day has the potential to take the nation by storm, you know how we have an election coming up? Just like that but one hat bigger. How many hats do the top restaurants in Melbourne have? Not as many as Artisan did on Wacky Hat Day. That’s right, there were hats everywhere. So next year we are going to bring Wacky Hat Day to you, the people.

Can I wear a wacky hat any other day of the year? Yes, run wild! There is no limit to the joy you can bring others and yourself when you wear a wacky hat. At Artisan we wear our wacky hats one day a year to remind us to have fun with what we are doing, at work and in life. There is plenty of time for you to prepare for 2011, or even next week.
