Fancy yourself a pop culture fanatic? Dabble in a little Rock and Roll? Check out this not to be missed exhibition promising to celebrate the very foundations of visual creativity in the western music industry.
Artisan - Idea. Skill. Product. Gallery in Brisbane will host a Rolling Stone presentation - 'Rolling Stone - The Covers 1972 - 2010' exhibition, chronicling the past 38 years of pure, unadulterated Rock and Roll journalism at it's finest.
Rolling Stone Magazine's Editor in Chief Matt Coyte will open the exhibition between between 6pm and 8pm on September the 2nd at Artisan Gallery in Fortitude Valley.
Romy Miller (Acting CEO of Artisan Gallery, Brisbane) captures the significance of such a curation to the creative industry ... 'The influence of Rolling Stone extends beyond music - this magazine has been the birthplace of some of the greatest careers in Photography, Journalism and Design' ...
Running for a month, and opening on the 2nd of September 2010, this is will be a stand out collection for compulsory viewing!
