On 14 November Three’s a Crowd hosted their inaugural ‘touched’ breakfast, to raise funds for breast cancer research.
Breast cancer is the most common cause of cancer-related death in women in Australia, with 35 women diagnosed each day. The team at Three’s a Crowd decided a fundraising breakfast would be an ideal way to raise money and awareness. A touch of pink was in the air as female clients and friends gathered to hear the journey of a beast cancer survivor – a story told with both dignity and humour.
With the support of many suppliers and others who kindly donated items for the silent auction, raffle and door prize, Three’s a Crowd raised $4,450 with all proceeds from the event donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
