CALL FOR ARTIST ENTRIES 2009 – OPEN!
The Gertrude Association’s Gertrude St Projection Festival 3 – 10 July 2009.

The Gertrude Association are creating an outdoor gallery on Gertrude St Fitzroy. Artists, designers and general community entries will be projected for a week along Gertrude St to show different perspectives that respond to their 2009 theme of Dream.

You can enter as an individual, group or organisation. The Festival is a great opportunity to showcase your work and be involved in a community development celebration.

The festival shows the community and viewers different perspectives on the festival's theme. Setting a yearly theme achieves the goal to provide an outlet for different views. The 2009 theme is Dream and more details can be found at www.thegertrudeassociation.com.

Dreams can be anything you imagine. Aspirations and fantasies for peace, safety or possibly for endless rain… It's all up to you; just deliver your finished entry in digital format. Entries can be any form of digital art (any form of captured or designed stills, phone pics, video or animation)

Digital art works will be projected on exterior surfaces, onto buildings, pavements, out of windows and onto laneways from sites along Gertrude Street, Fitzroy.

Your dreams are screened at specific outdoor sites from 6.00pm to 11.00pm for a week, 3-10 July 2009.
