Creative Bent is basically a get together for designers, writers, painters, illustrators, animators, musicians, people who like to make cardboard robots, anyone and everyone who likes to DO stuff and THINK about stuff - even if you just think about doing stuff! It’s a great way for people to meet others in the industry and talk jobs, tips, plans and schemes and basically have fun, make friends, get drunk at the same time.

In the past the CB team has organized city street tours (taking in Melbourne’s endless lane-way art), rearranged furniture at New Gold Mountain (surfaces, dahling, surfaces!) and have generally been quite arty without having to endure the additional ‘farty’ tag at all - we’ve even had cameos from INTERNATIONAL ROCK STARS. No, really, we have. Sweet!

Creative Bent is open to everyone, as long you’re there to have fun. And being thirsty also helps.

We’re a non profit organisation where all goods & supplies come from the generous sponsorship of businesses & individuals and also our own pockets.

Basically- we do it cause we care!
