update your details online!

If you have previously registered with Artisan, did you know that you can now update your details online?

That’s right – from the convenience of your own home, you’re able to update your existing profile to include updates on software, skills, work experience and even upload a new CV and Folio.

And it’s very simple to do too!

Simply go to our home page and click the big red START button in the top right hand corner. On the following page, select ‘Forgot My Password’ and enter in your email address. Provided your email address is the same as the one we have, you’ll be sent a link that will allow you to select a new password and access your details.

If your email doesn’t match, contact your friendly Artisan team who’ll be able to have that changed for you. For contact details for your Artisan branch (Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane) - see contact details

Of course, if you’ve not registered with Artisan before, we encourage you to set up a new profile and organise a time to meet with one of the Artisan team.
