techincal failure with artisan website and online registration

We would like to to take the opportunity to first and foremost apologise for, and secondly explain this weeks' technical difficulties encountered by any of you who have attempted to register and upload your details via our online system.
Additional to our website being intermittently inaccessible over the past week, many of you who managed to reach our homepage will have attempted to register and upload your details, cvs and folios via the “LOGIN” option, and either encountered a blank / non responsive screen, or were blocked mid way through the process for non specific reasons.
In brief, this technical malfunction was the result of our external server failing, whilst our internal server continued to function as normal.
Thankfully, our onsite technical heroes have been working to resolve this issue, and consequently a myriad of related problems. We are pleased to confirm a solution was reached, and all hopeful and existing candidates are now able to go about completing they’re online registrations as per usual.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank each of you for your patience, as well as paying particular gratitude to those of you who took the time to report the technical errors you encountered back to us. This has assisted our team immensely in diagnosing and resolving the malfunction.
